It is the major tourist hub in Cambodia, as it is the closest city to the world famous temples of Angkor (the Angkor temple complex is north of the city). Phnom Penh is the capital and largest city of Cambodia. Located on the banks of the Mekong River, Phnom Penh has been the national capital since the French colonized Cambodia, and has grown to become the nation's center of economic and industrial activities, as well as the center of security, politics, economics, cultural heritage, and diplomacy of Cambodia.
Standing on a narrow wooden platform can be a nerve wracking as it stands about 45 to 50 meters high. The English speaking guides will orient you on how to cruise the zipline. You will go through some canopy walks, climb up through the stairs to the platform and witness the scenic lush rainforest of Angkor Empire. We suggest to do this activity in the morning as it can be hot in the afternoon and likely more tourist que up for the ziplines. Lunch at the buffet restaurant in the town. At 4pm, we will head to the quadbike center where you will be briefed with the safety and operation instructions for the vehicle. Ride through the rural areas (do not race and enjoy the views). Stopover and wait for the sunset over the rice paddy fields. Back to hotel.
