1. Introduction
Dong Travel is a company specializing in tourism. Established on October 17, 2008, Dong Travel has been working to introduce the natural landscapes and people of Eastern (Đông in Vietnamese) countries to the world. As one of the largest travel agencies in Vietnam, our goal is to provide visitors with unforgettable experiences.
We were the first company in South East Asia to offer self-training for Indonesian speaking guides. From that point we expanded to neighboring markets such as Philippines, Singapore, or Italy recently where there is a large potential market waiting on tourism growths right now.
In addition to serving major global travel agencies, Dong Travel also provides domestic customers with the same service standards. With an extensive list of partnerships, famous Vietjet Air also contracted us to organize study tours which promotes both incoming and outgoing tourism.
2. Our target
As soon as we rekindled the idea of establishing a travel agency, we aimed to create high-class travel services. At the same time, the service must ensure creativity, constant innovation and quality improvement. From there, bring to customers the highest value, ensuring that customers always feel satisfied and happy when they come to us.

Carrying the mission of becoming the leading prestigious and high-class travel company in Vietnam, the entire leadership team and staff of Dong Travel constantly improve themselves, make more efforts every day. As a company operating and developing in the period when the country is still having many difficulties, Dong Travel not only aims at business purposes, we also have many other activities to help the community. Every year, Dong Travel deducts a part of its profits from its business activities to organize charity programs to help disadvantaged people such as: free medical examination and treatment for the poor, distribution of rice and other services. necessities to bring a warmer Lunar New Year to those in need. In addition, we also connect with the Red Cross to build houses of love for lonely elderly people. We always want to be able to share a part of our difficulties with those who are less fortunate.5. Currently, Dong Travel owns a large and young staff. They are consultants, tour guides, etc. full of enthusiasm, with market knowledge and foreign language ability, good communication skills, lots of experience. Therefore, we believe that, thanks to our talented and professional staff, we can understand, advise and support, helping customers have the best experience.
