What is the booking process?

Booking process need you to input number of travellers, date, adult, children, check rate and fill in names as passport ( please note that you must responsible for names as passport if booking inclusion of flight tickets, we will issue tickets according to these names. Booking process will show up the cancellation policy (normally non-refundable), terms & conditions, you need to agree with these terms & conditions to continue to payment options

Do I need to pay the deposit?

You need to make full payment, deposit on available if booking via email. Please note that you need to show the same credit card you use to make payment to our guide for verification, if you fail to do this, we may refuse to serve you. This is to protect credit card owners from mis-use by someone else.

How can I make a payment to Dong Travel?

On this website, you can see options to make payment during booking process, if you prefer to make payment using different method of payment, please send our team an email, we need to make manual reservation and blocking before update you with payment instruction. Available payment methods of bank transfer, Western Union,....Please note that our system base on first come first serve, the promotion may run out when you send email inquiry

How can I pay through ONE PAY?

Our system will auto generate invoice on Onepay and redirect to payment page, so you can make payment. If via email, also can pay via Onepay using Manual Invoice System. Contact our team for more detail.

When will my reservation be confirmed?

It is instant confirmation system after you finish the payment sucessfully.

How to make a cancellation? And will I be charged when cancelling my booking

Cancellation right now only possible via sending email. Please note that your booking will not possible to get refund if it is non-refundable booking.
