1. IMPORTANT NOTES
At Dong Travel Vietnam, we prioritize your safety and strive to provide an enjoyable trip. However, all travel involves inherent risks, and we strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel insurance for your adventure. Your travel insurance should cover cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accidents, death, loss of personal baggage and money, and personal liability. Upon request, Dong Travel may ask for proof of insurance. Please note that insurance coverage offered by credit card companies or reciprocal medical cover agreements may not be comprehensive.
Unless stated otherwise in your itinerary, please be aware that airfares, airport transfers, departure taxes, early/late hotel check-ins, gratuities, personal expenses, and some meals are not included in the tour price. If you require additional services such as airport transfers or early check-ins, we would be happy to provide you with a quote.
2. TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using our website, browsing our website, completing a reservation, or accessing any part of the booknow.dongtravel.com website, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions, including the privacy statement. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and www.dongtravel.com. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this website or the provided services.
To make a booking, please visit booknow.dongtravel.com and pay directly online or send an email to sales[at]dongtravel[dot]com to arrange payment via credit card payment gateways or bank transfer. 2.2 Pricing
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are quoted in United States Dollars ($). Please be aware that prices are subject to change. Factors beyond our control, such as adverse currency fluctuations, fuel costs, taxes, and accommodation increases, may cause price changes. The price of the tour is only guaranteed once it has been fully paid. We do not provide refunds for unused accommodation, meals, activities, transport, or other services included in the tour price.
2.3 Best Price Guarantee
If you find the same service with the same conditions at a lower rate on the internet after making a booking through us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate.
2.4.1 Pay Online by Credit Card with ONEPAY
Dong Travel accepts Visa, Mastercard, and JCB cards as we are a verified member of the OnePay system - Mastercard in Vietnam. To ensure the security of your card information, you will make your payment through the ONEPAY system. Please note that invoice creation and payment must be completed online. If full payment is not made, the system will release all blocked services.
Please take note of the following:
- - Promotion packages on our website are based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- - To pay a deposit, please email us at sales[at]dongtravel[dot]com with the services you wish to book. If the packages/services are still available, our team will make a reservation in our back-office system and provide you with instructions for deposit payment.
- + Deposit online with a credit card
- + Deposit via bank transfer (bank charges will be borne by the payee)
Please be advised that a surcharge of 3.5% for credit card processing will be shown on the invoice and added to the total amount payable if you choose to make the payment online.
2.4.2. By Bank Transfers
If you prefer to make payment via bank transfer, please contact us at sales[at]dongtravel[dot]com for our bank account details. Bank charges will be borne by the payee, and please ensure that the full amount is received by Dong Travel Vietnam. Please note that payments made by bank transfer may take a few days to process, and we recommend sending us a copy of the bank transfer slip for verification.
For other methods of payment: by telegraphic transfer, credit card authorization letter or through Western Union Global Transfer please contact with us for more details.
2.5.1 Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
- - More than 30 days before the start of the tour: 10% of the total tour price.
- - Between 15 and 30 days before the start of the tour: 30% of the total tour price.
- - Between 7 and 14 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total tour price.
- - Less than 7 days before the start of the tour or no-show: 100% of the total tour price.
Please note that some services and accommodations may have non-refundable policies or different cancellation terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
2.5.2. Cancellation by Dong Travel Vietnam
In the unlikely event that Dong Travel Vietnam needs to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, we will provide you with alternative options or a full refund of the tour price. However, we will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.
- 2.6 Changes to Itinerary
If you wish to make changes to your itinerary after it has been confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that changes may be subject to availability, and additional costs may apply. Any changes requested less than 7 days before the start of the tour may be subject to a change fee.
- 2.7 Travel Documents and Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of entry into Vietnam. You must also obtain the necessary visas and permits required for your trip. Dong Travel Vietnam can provide general information and assistance regarding visa requirements, but the issuance of visas is the responsibility of the relevant authorities. We recommend checking the visa requirements well in advance of your trip.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary travel documents, such as flight tickets, hotel vouchers, and travel insurance policy, before your departure. Dong Travel Vietnam will not be responsible for any loss, damages, or expenses incurred due to your failure to obtain the required travel documents.
- 2.8 Limitation of Liability
Dong Travel Vietnam acts as an intermediary between you and the suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transportation providers) and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the actions or omissions of these suppliers. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or participation in any tour or activity.
Dong Travel Vietnam respects your privacy and will protect the personal information you provide to us. We will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our services and will not disclose or sell your information to third parties unless required by law.
